Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging for the return to be accepted. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at sales@seetalspain.com. Please note that returns should be sent to the following address: Plaza de Cantabria, Local 12, Castillo San Luis, 29620 Torremolinos (Málaga)
If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items will not be accepted for return unless the return has been requested in advance.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods or custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items). If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day EU Cooling-off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As with the previous case, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take some time to process and post the refund.
